Congratulations! Yes, I think that you have to fill them out. I just received mine today too for the Valor December 15 2 day inaugural cruise to the Bahamas .

I would fill out any form that they gave me. If you don't need it, you won't waste too much of your time. And , besides, you have to do something with your time between now and the cruise. :wink:
