Can you book spa services prior to departure?

I am a first time cruiser and we are traveling with a group of 12. Most of the ladies would like to know if you can book spa services prior to departing? Does any one know anything about this?

Last I knew you couldnt....can anyone out there correct me if Im wrong please?

On some lines, you can buy a package that includes spa services, but a specific time is not guaranteed. In other words, you might not be able to book the service at the time you want.

What line are you going on?
