KarenUK
Hi Jeff, Thanks for your advice. it does look impressive on the excursion information - it just clashes with the Dolphin encounter I wanted to do as well - I will have to have a look to see if there is any where else I could get to see the Dolphins?? Cheers Karen
Rockys_Mom
hello In cozumel do snorkel at Chankanaab . Take a taxi 10$ each way . Enjoy beautiful coral and fish . Current could be strong at times . Buy water shoes or fins very rocky going in on natural stairs , . Go see Dolphin show and gardens In Grand Cayman go to Captain Marvens-2 blocks down main street from tender area - and do the Stingray city tour and reef dive , Swimming with stingrays is a hoot . They feel like Jello soft and mushy .Big friendly creatures!! We are going back on Rh apsody in early March Michele
MarieATL
In Cozumel if you can get to the Ruins at Chichenitza those are fabulous.. I thought I saw it listed when I read the excursions for there and if you're able to make it it's worth the trip! Have FUN!
KarenUK
Thanks everyone - you have all been sooo helpful. I am now torn between seeing the ruins when in Cozumel (where the best ones appear to be) and seeing the Dolphins!!! - typical!!! Does anyone know if you can get to do a Dolphin encounter in Belize, Costa Maya or Grand Caymen instead of just in Cozumel?? I think Dolphins are Beautiful and intelligent and would kick myself if I didnt get an encounter whilst on this cruise - but then the reason we picked the Western Caribbean was because of the Mayan Ruins. :undecided:
