Carnival Destiny - Question

I am in cabin 8337 (aft balcony cabin on verandah deck) for our 12/4/05 Destiny Cruise. I know usually you get assigned to the dining room closer to your cabin (depending on if you are in the front half of the ship or back half). Did those of you who have cruised the Destiny find this to be true? Anyone who has had an aft balcony cabin near mine - can you tell me what dining room you got assigned to? We have confirmed late dining.

Morning..

The Destiny was our first cruise.....We had a cabin about mid ship, but it was closer to the aft portion of the ship...and we had the aft dining room (also late seating)

We were about as far forward as you can get on Victory, and we were assigned to the back dining room. Of course, so was everyone else, since the forward dining room was closed on that voyage. We were originally assigned the forward one though.

This was several years ago, but we were just forward of midship and were assigned the aft dining room. We got lost the first couple of days as the elevator bank closest to our cabins brought us to the midships dining room -- and there was no way to cut through to the aft dining room on the same deck. :smiley:
