Jason Posted April 15, 2005 Author Report Share Posted April 15, 2005 CARNIVAL CORPORATION (Nachrichten) & PLC TO HOLD LIVE AUDIO WEBCAST OF ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING ON APRIL 13, 2005 MIAMI (April 12, 2005) - Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) will host a live audio webcast of its annual shareholders meeting taking place in Southampton, U.K., on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at 10 a.m. EDT (15.00 London time). Interested parties may listen to the meeting by visiting carnivalcorp.com or carnivalplc.com. A replay will be available on the site for one week following the event. The meeting will include a presentation by Carnival Corporation & plc Vice Chairman Howard Frank who will recap the company's performance for the past fiscal year and provide an overview of Carnival's future growth strategies. Following the presentation, Frank and senior level company executives, including Chairman and CEO Micky Arison, will entertain questions from attending shareholders.
