How do you make your cabin feel like home?

What items do you bring to make your cabin feel comfy and homey to you???

i bring my cd's of old time radio.. I use them as a sleep aid, have been listening to OTR since Ii was 13 thats over 35 years ago..just incase you wondered. :D

We just make it as messy as we like. It then really feels like home. :grin:

We order a bottle of vodka and a bottle of champagne, sit on the balcony, then who cares where you are?

We bring pictures of our 5 grandchildren and tape them to the mirror. Several times during the day or before we go to bed we blow them a kiss :kiss:

I agree I don't want it to feel like home.......that wouldn't be any fun.....lol but we do take pictures of the grandkids and put them on the vanity....

I dump the suitcases out on the floor. I suppose on the next trip, we'll have to leave some kids toys in the middle of the floor to trip on at night. Then it'll feel like home LOL.

I feel at home when Rita fills the dresser with all her female items, combs, brushes, hot rollers, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.

I do nothing! One of the things I like to leave behind, when I go on a cruise, is anything that reminds me of home.
