Salingrose - Thanks for your review of the Explorer. We will be on this ship next May, also in an aft cabin on deck 9. We will be doing the Eastern Caribbean from Cape Liberty.

Hopefully the food will improve by then though I am sure we will not starve. LOL.

Any hints you can pass on to us would be greatly appreciated.

I'm glad you had a great time and sorry about the food.

If many of the passengers agreed with you, perhaps they mentioned the inconsistent quality of the food on their comment cards. Maybe RCI will heed and pay closer attention to the kitchen.
