jbond
I execise the same on a cruise as I do at home. Lots of 12 ounce curls and martini shaking on the balcony. Come to think of it, I probably work out more on a cruise than at home.

cruisinmama
LOL..I know sad isn't it..lol...I just found I didn't eat as much ... dinners it was harder as I am a vegetarian so most meals our waiter would order what ever it was with out the meat.. most were very rich cream sauces not big on those.. I did try a few veggie meals but they weren't that good..lol..and ones I was going to order our waiter said yuk don't bother..lol..I don't do much dairy anyway....so I didn't really indulge in any of that stuff..lol. I did enjoy my breakfasts fresh fruit and cereals...lunch I grabbed pizza almost every day a salad.. So yeah I came back 5lbs.. lighter...
KeithnRita
We use dancing and other in tandem activities for our exercise!
Suzila
Now, why in the world would you want to RUIN<] a cruise by exercising? I never step foot in a gym on a cruise. Too much work. I do, however, take the stairs all the time...never take an elevator, (I also don't have the patience to wait for an elevator) and we do walk around the track during the day, or the promenade deck. hamster92256
They have gyms on Cruise ships? The most exercise I get is going for seconds and more at the buffet.
gymbrat33
I wouldn't cruise if there wasn't a gym on the cruise ship.
GottaCruz
gymbrat, After seeing your pictures, I can understand why. You're amazing. Now can you come over here and do something with me? :undecided: I need to lose about 25 pounds and can't seem to stop the food that someone ends up in my mouth. It's a very strange phenomenon. How do you control that???
hamster92256
Gymbrat - Haven't seen you in awhile. Did you ever get you Seamiles card? Since we use ours to pay for business expenses and such we are up to just under 20,000  Free cruise coming up soon!!!
gymbrat33
Thank You! I cheat once or twice a month to satisfy my cravings, but most of the time I eat healthy. When I gain weight people at the gym and at work can be real nasty and let you know. I gained 5 pounds last year, and everyone let me know. However, when you lose weight they give you nasty looks and don't tell you anything. Once you start working out at the gym and see results, you want to continue dieting and exercising.
