LOL..I know sad isn't it..lol...I just found I didn't eat as much ...

dinners it was harder as I am a vegetarian so most meals our waiter would order what ever it was with out the meat.. most were very rich cream sauces not big on those..

I did try a few veggie meals but they weren't that good..lol..and ones I was going to order our waiter said yuk don't bother..lol..I don't do much dairy anyway....so I didn't really indulge in any of that stuff..lol.

I did enjoy my breakfasts fresh fruit and cereals...lunch I grabbed pizza almost every day a salad..

So yeah I came back 5lbs.. lighter...

Now, why in the world would you want to RUIN<] a cruise by exercising?

I never step foot in a gym on a cruise. Too much work.

I do, however, take the stairs all the time...never take an elevator, (I also don't have the patience to wait for an elevator) and we do walk around the track during the day, or the promenade deck.

gymbrat,

After seeing your pictures, I can understand why. You're amazing. Now can you come over here and do something with me? :undecided: I need to lose about 25 pounds and can't seem to stop the food that someone ends up in my mouth. It's a very strange phenomenon. How do you control that???

Thank You! I cheat once or twice a month to satisfy my cravings, but most of the time I eat healthy. When I gain weight people at the gym and at work can be real nasty and let you know. I gained 5 pounds last year, and everyone let me know. However, when you lose weight they give you nasty looks and don't tell you anything.

Once you start working out at the gym and see results, you want to continue dieting and exercising.
