Taking the Serenade next year to Alaska with family, they will be next door, we have balcony cabins (9576 & 9578) on the bump.... on Princess there was a door between the balconies that could be opened by the steward with a key.... is that possible on the Serenade? Anyone have first hand knowledge of these cabins? First time with RCI.... Thanx.....

We have sailed in cabin 9586 on Brilliance and the ship's layout appears very similar on the hump/bump. Unfortunately you cannot unlock the partitions on the balconies.

We sailed Serenade last year on her repositioning cruise, San Juan to San Diego. She is a beautiful ship and the hump cabins are perfectly situated. You should have a great time.
