I saw a online travel place say they give "leisure dollars" what are they? like coupons?

I did some more checking and i guess its a club and you get leisure dollars....and you get a membership also..

Just curious if anyone uses them....as no one I asked had heard of them...

What cruise line are they from? Does the club have a membership fee? Curious myself.
