Hotels??

I have a choice between 2 Hotels..both are priced the same...and both are of the same quality ..both have had good reviews and bad...

So Either FLL Embassy Suites

or

Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek Ft. Lauderdale

ANy of you have a thumbs up or down for one or the other??

I believe I read that the Embassy suites is being renovated. I'm looking for a hotel for this month! Anyone have any good suggestions?

yes I looked up both places.. both have around the same reviews...just wondering if location is better or worse than the other??? or if anyone has stayed in them?

Have you tried Priceline?

FT Lauderdale, Bid 3 Star .. downtown zone... and you'll get Marriott Marina, Embassy Suites, or Renaissance. All good hotels from $65 -$85

We can't use priceline as its not great for 5 of us...and we did contact someone who helps you with bidding w/priceline.. we are ok with paying 100.00 a night..for all 5 of us to be in a room...

I have stayed at the Marina Marriott.....awesome........

I always have loved Embassy Suites......free breakfast and free happy hour....can't beat that.... :grin:

The Sheraton is in a residential/commercial area and not a "tourist" area. You don't have a large choice of where to go and what to do, and no choice of restaurants.

The Embassy is on the 17th Street Causeway, along with many restaurants and shops. You may want to check out something on the causeway

Can I ask we have the Embasy booked near Miami airport and also on 17th in FLL....Is one or the other better location for us to get to attractions? like Zoo, Aquarium?

one is higher per night....
