jtutak
Have you tried Priceline? FT Lauderdale, Bid 3 Star .. downtown zone... and you'll get Marriott Marina, Embassy Suites, or Renaissance. All good hotels from $65 -$

DaCruzNut
The Sheraton is in a residential/commercial area and not a "tourist" area. You don't have a large choice of where to go and what to do, and no choice of restaurants. The Embassy is on the 17th Street Causeway, along with many restaurants and shops. You may want to check out something on the causeway
cruisinmama
Thanks Jeff.....I'll stick with Embassy.... Can I ask we have the Embasy booked near Miami airport and also on 17th in FLL....Is one or the other better location for us to get to attractions? like Zoo, Aquarium? one is higher per night.... Thanks again for the info..
