jtutak
Posted at x: After we left Miami on Sunday, at about 10pm, we felt a loud noise, like an explosion, and. the ship tilted to one side ... It went like that for about 10 minutes, I was in the Aquarium Bar , and the water from the aquarium started coming out from the top of the aquarium in the side that we were leaning to. Anything that was not tied down fell on the floor, including many bottles and stuff in the gift shop. We asked around but the anwsers we got made no sense. Scary, scary, scary.http://www.cruisejunkie.com/events.html

schatje
This is the second time in a short while that a ship has leaned to one side. The other story was that the computer malfunctioned. I wonder how much time a ship is on duty so to speak before it is forced to get a "check up". I hope no is is hurt in the meantime.
jbond
I have a feeling that this was a troll. It hasn't been reported by any one else. The cruisejunkie post was based on the x post. They claimed the ship rolled 45 degrees. I think they had been watching reruns of the Poseidon Adventure and had too much to drink. When Serenade made it's turn at max speed, it rolled 7 degrees and everyone on the ship felt it. The pool water flooded the elevators. I just have a problem believing the story. Shari2
I think my hubby said they wouldn't make it back up if the ship rolled at 45 degrees. I told him that story, and he didn't believe it. Not at that degree of roll anyway.
