How's everyone doing with their exercising and diets??? I have to get back into it again. I've been using the hot weather as an excuse to stop my hour long walks and it's starting to show. Ugh!!!! Hate to exercise but got to do it. Now if I could just stop eating but that's impossible - love food.

I'm walking daily..and do weights and the ball daily....I got such bad shine splits outside so I found an in house walking tape....plus the weather is so up and down here..

They are really good.. no stress on knees or back..I've lost 10 lbs..and gone down 1 size so far..

I do 2-3 miles day ....sometimes a 4 mile one...and then I do a ball dvd after each work out..good for the tummy..and the back of those arms where it still waves after your hand stops..lol.. :shocked:

Walk Away The Pounds series.. just love it...

Diet? Excercise? Them's fightin'words!

I try - I fail - I try again. What usually does it is trying on the old bathing suit - dang that stuff shrinks!

I am actually working with weights trying to get my arm back to where it was before my "off the ladder mishap". Might not get any better given my "advanced years" :o) but I will keep trying.

Also enjoy the treadmill when it isn't quite so hot. It makes a great clothes storage unit in the meantime lol.

Good luck everyone - and keep at it just in case you are on a cruise and someone takes a shot of your backside tee-hee.
