Cruise ship Photo's

Does anyone know as I called RCI and they didn't know..

When you buy photos while on the ship and you want more copies do you have to order from them? someone said you can get a release form but that is for Carnival line...not RCI...wondered if anyone had some info..

Since you are Canadian, the current law is that the persion who commissions a professional portrait owns the copyright to it. This will be changed under the new law that the photographer will own the copyright. Whether the Walmarts and other companies know this law or not, who knows.

Hi Ann. If you go to www.image.com - then to site map there is a section for post cruise photos. This will open a release form for you to print if you have any problems.
