I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience on the Galaxy.

I do hope you get a chance to use your $225 credit on another Celebrity ship. Some folks on this board really speak very highly of Celebrity. The Galaxy just may be an exception.

I hope the experience does not turn you off of cruising.
