Port of New Orleans cruise parking

It's a shame the diverted cruise passengers have been unable to get their autos, and when they are allowed into the city, they are faced with vandalism and theft.

Checking the list, it seems that all of the vehicles have been broken into. I can't imagine that the vandals were looking for food or water.............
