I'm with you Cheryl!!! My pre-cruise preview goes like this - Shopping! Shopping! and more Shopping! There are such great deals out there right now for "warmer climes".

Then there is the internet stuff - searching for every possible tid-bit of information I can get. I am a planner lol.

I let him worry about the money - I shop, pack, stock food and bake for the house sitter (son!) - he pays the bills, counts the cash, drives to the airport, carries the paperwork and the luggage. An even split of responsibilities if I ever heard one tee-hee.

Anticipation - it's wonderful!!!

The planning is a great part of the cruise experience for us. I love to research each ship and every port. I have folders for each port and fill it with all kinds of info I find here on the web. I would have to spend months at some of these ports to do everything in that folder. LOL

I find the planning helps make the time between cruises go a little faster. Shopping also makes the time fly by. I have lists made for our 2006 cruises already.

My vacation is almost here. I felt like it would never get here. We made first payment is January. This weekend I will start to pack. I leave an open suitcase in the extra bed room. When I remember something that I need I toss it in the open case. Buy next weekend I will pull out the case for clothes and soon we will be leaving.

I still do not have air flight info or Doc papers. I want to know flight info so I can get a hotel when we fly out or get times for the airport bus. I will feel like packing more when I get those papers.
