Thanks for the RCL Empress of the Seas review. Your glowing remarks make me really want to sail RCL now more than ever.

Service is extremely important when traveling in the manner that we do when the only options we have when we are dissatisfied with something is to complain, grin and bear it or get off at the next port.

It seems that you had a totally positive experience on the Empress of the Seas and have continued your streak in cruise enjoyment. It also seems that RCL exceeded your expectations.

I definitely will check RCL out one day.
