Cruise reviews

I just found out that Celebrity will allow me to use their computer and word program for free, all I need to do is bring a floppy disc with me and I can create my review as it happens almost like a blog... ThatÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s great for me... my hand writing is atrocious, plus lets not get into my spelling skillz... so now all I have to do when I get home is edit add pictures and send to Jason how easy could that be! Just thought I would pass it along in case others wanted to try... I am too cheap to sign up for internet on board... its funny the things we decide to be frugal on.

If you're a Captain's Club member, you get some free time....I don't remember how much. I never use the pnboard computer, watch movies, use the 'phone, etc; when I'm on a ship.

We wont qualify for those until After our europe cruise.. and then its only good for ten minutes...

You are absolutely right about the expense of using the internet on board. My traveling companion spent $75 and only sent out about 4 or 5 e-mails. He didn't even have time to surf the web. I swear that the computers slow down sometimes.

I'm with you. I have to find some other way to communicate with the outside world.

It might be worth it to check out one of those international phones. Does anybody know anything about those?

I can use my regular cell phone in Puerto Rico and St. Thomas, V.I., but not on any of the other islands. There must be an affordable alternative.
