Papillion Service!

Has anyone used this company for tours while in Italy, or maybe have heard reviews from past friends and or clients? I came across them as a recommendation from an associate of my TA who is working on this next cruise.

We were looking to use them in Rome and Florence.

I went to their web site and found a slick looking site but no secured way of communicating with them. They responded to my original inquiry quickly and efficiently but then stated they wanted a CC grted, but preferred at the time of tour to pay by cash or travelers check.

I thought to myself,â€Âwell small business owner trying to make a living.†I can see that.. no worries, However when he said to send an email with my CCard info (his site is not secured).He suggested breaking the information up into two separate emails.

Putting one half, in each email. Red flag!

What are your thoughts please.

I'm not sure about Papillion but I would be concerned about sending CC information on an unsecured site. Someone who is able to scan the site for one half of the message can certainly get the other half.

As a general rule I do not give my CC # to people who call me and I don't post it in e-mails.
