Mebert
JoeyandDavid, HAL could have made this category but no one mentioned it. I took the liberty of adding HAL to other categories when I finally thought of it.
Lisa63
This was a tough one. Believe it or not, this traditional dining fan voted for NCL. Freestyle was not all that bad, and we enjoyed the pasta cafe, which had no surcharge. NCL also had numerous stations set up around the ship , such as an Indian soup bar, sushi bar, and BBQ. My favorite, though, was Cunard, where we had the same table for all meals but could show up within a two-hour window for each meal. Sadly, this is not offered on QM2 except for the Grill classes, but QE2 offered this arrangement in four of its five dining rooms.

Shari2
I voted for Celebrity, again. They have many different dining choices during the day, and in the evening, they do have a special gourmet restaurant on the m-class ships, and also the spa buffet(healthy choices) and in the late evening they have a few buffets on deck, and they always have the"gourmet bites" around 11:30 PM. Love the special home-made-to-order waffles. They also have afternoon tea, with little sandwiches and cookies... and pizza and pasta bar if you should miss lunch. They also have a casual dining option in the evenings, in the buffet area, where you can have the same food as in the dining room, and you are also waited on at the tables. gymbrat33
I voted for Carnival. They have a lot of variety to choose from: buffet, dining room, sushi bar, oriental bar, deli, pizza, hamburger and hot dogs, pasta station, fish and chips, ice cream, coffee shop (they charge at this shop, but very reasonable prices) and Thai station. mrsogni
I love Personal Choice dining. We met some people onboard and were able to dine with them when we wanted.
