I am trying so hard to cut back because if I bake, I eat, and then I gain not lose, lol, but its so hard not to at this time of the year. And yesterday I made those ruglach, usually I make them with cinammon, sugar and nuts, but this year I decided to go with the raspberry...oh were they good, very hard to resist, I dont really like nuts in my cookies so I usually dont eat them, but it was hard not to yesterday.

2 large eggs, beaten

1/2 cup milk
