As of this week I stopped all cafeine I didn't drink coffee except on cruises but I was a two bottle a day mountain dew guy. It's been tough

Tom overall I dont think I drink a lot of caffeine, I am a one cup a day coffee person, sometimes after dinner if my family is here I will have another cup and I drink caffeine free soda, but last year I tried to stop all caffeine and got the worst headache that lasted for days before I finally gave in and had coffee and it went away almost immediately.

Like I said I dont consider myself a big caffeine drinker, so hope you do well, I know how difficult it is to stop

Good morning adam, on good morning america today they had a story about Jeffrey McDonald, that army dr they said killed his wife 30 years ago, said new evidence shows he may be innocent, i thought that was interesting in light of what we were discussing last night
