Good morning all!!! I didn't go back to the beginning but it sure seems like we all had a great xmas!

I had so much fun with my parents and daughter...

Scott and Chris too!

The 4 of us "younger" ones took the golf cart out around my parents neighborhood and looked at everyones decorations! Scott and I stood on the back of the cart! Wind was blowing and it felt just like xmas up north!

Looks like it will warm up alot for New Years..... we have had cold NY since we've been here so it should be nice :)

Bon Bon, how long will you be in jersey? I do want to go, originally I was going to go down for new years but my cousin mentioned coming up here that day so I said I would come on another day.

Good morning selena, I have the recipe I can send it to you, but basicallys its hash brown, ham, eggs, peppers, kind of like a big omelet so yes they were making sandwiches out of it, it was quite yummy!

BonBon the weather here is in the high 30's and low 40's almost all the snow is gone.

Selena here you go:

HASH BROWN BAKE

3 cups frozen shredded potatoes

1 cup finely chopped cooked ham

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

2 large eggs, beaten

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

* Thaw potatoes between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press potatoes into bottom and up sides of an ungreased 9-inch pieplate; drizzle with butter.

* Bake at 425* for 25 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

* Combine ham, cheese, and bell pepper: spoon into potato shell. Combine eggs and the next 3 ingredients. stirring well; pour egg mixture over ham mixture.

* Bake at 350* for 25 to 30 minutes or until set; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield:6-8 servings
