Nov 5,06 Freedom Cruise

I woke up at 3:30am on the couch so I guess I had a good New Year! Joe and I were listening to music and drinking - the next thing I know I wake up on the sofa! How was your New Year?

Boring, I like to stay home for new years, it was bad weather, and it usually always is, so its easier to have party at home, plus my one sister lives two doors down so we enjoyed some hot chocolate and peppermint schnapps last night!

Today I am making an unusual new years dinner. My sisters in laws are in from texas and she loves pastafagioli so I have the beans slow cooking now, but I am going to make it with a spiral ham too, I dont usually make pastafagioli on sundays but since they are leaving on tuesday I told them I would do it for them.

Alright all you lucky southerners, i just came in from snowplowing my driveway, at least 6 inches out there I would say!

had a good time last night, my girlfriend stayed over last night, she is still sleeping, not me I woke up at 5 but did go back to sleep and got up at 8 so I am trying to be quiet, Term went to work at 12 and was home before 5, seen he had a beer, chips and salsa

wow Janet you have alot of snow, we didn't get maybe half inch thank god

Can't believe my girlfriend is still sleeping, wish I could sleep like that, she had quite a bit to drink so maybe she needs it lol

How much alcohol did you give her tammy, lol. Thats all the snow you guys got, geez, and we are supposed to have more every day this week too!!!

Yeah Tammy I have to go back to work tomorrow. Doesn't that suck!!

Jeff has this thing that when he is off it is called vacation. So last week everytime he said something about me cooking, I told him I was on vacation and I do not do anything while on vacation. Now he has said this for years but I have never played it back on him. LOL After I said this he tried to say he was on vacation and I told him the weekend is not vacation and he said but I am off Monday (tomorrow) and I told him then his vacation will start Monday. LOL SO he has been doing most of the cooking for about a week now. I am so bad. I just have been so lazy all week so I am really dreading going back to work tomorrow. We start testing again in Feb and that is the worst month of our testing except for the end of the year EOC's.

I think my sister is hoping for a snow day this week, I know she has tomorrow off too but they are saying snow tuesday and wednesday now. Darn, how many days until the enchantment cruise...

I can not hope for snow days. If we get more than two I am in trouble. LOL That means I have to take time off in April for the cruise. If we only get one more day that means I am safe. I have the time but I just do not want to hear certain peoples mouths that I work with about booking a vacation during this time. I work with a bunch of busy bodies that need to get a life. We did get a new principal this year and a new lead secretary and neither one of them care as long as I do my job. In which I am great at!!!
