Any thoughts on cruisin in the spring?

My thoughts on cruising in the spring.......ANYTIME is a good time to cruise.

The worst day on a cruise is better than the best day at home. I'd say, go for it.

We cruised the Panama Canal in a spring and the weather was great. We've cruised Mexico in the spring and it was wonderful. A lot less kids on the cruises in the spring time too.

I've cruised in the past in April and really liked it, but with all the spring breakers today...I think I would try to avoid cruising then.

Late spring is a great time to cruise. We cruised last April, and it was ideal. Down in the Caribbean, it is the end of the dry season for most of the islands, and the weather is wonderful. :smiley:

I like Spring cruises as long as it's not Spring break.

Mebert's right! Spring is a great time to cruise, but you gotta watch out for Spring Break! You might wind up with a ship full college kids or, just as bad, a zillion little kids....

We used to cruise every April until my husband started teaching. (Our anniversary is in April, and it was our gift to each other.) By mid-April, spring break is typically over, and school-aged kids are nowhere to be found. The weather in the Caribbean is also very nice during that time -- not too hot and humid, but certainly sunny and hot enough to come home with a tan that makes people jealous. :smiley:
