excellent.. and where did you say you were going to store this document? Like maybe the navagation panel?

Hey Joey,

Yes, you can access this new guide by clicking the "Help" link in the left navigation column of any page. Alternately, you can click the "Help" link in the blue menu bar located to the top of any page. Then you will see the topic "LOGIN TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE" among the other help topics.
