Hi,

I am going on this cruise in November and was hoping to find others that are also sailing on the same cruise.

This will be cruise 7 for us. And we are lucky enough to have a aft balcony for this 9 day adventure.

Sorry - won't be sailing with you but will be on the May 19th Explorer 9 day cruise from Cape Liberty and can't wait. We also have an aft balcony cabin (9692). I'll be sure to post a review when we return.

Hey Mary Lou,

We are in 9690. We had 9690 on the Navigator too. The balcony is triangler shaped but I really liked being able to see a little around the side.

Just remember that when laying on the balcony on 9690 or 9692 that if you are out near the rail that those on the 10th deck can see you.

9692's balcony is rectangle.

My cruise only has 3 stops which will allow more time to enjoy the view.

Thanks for the pics Eagle_forest. We had 9692 on the Voyager for our last 3 cruises so we specifically requested it on the Explorer. We get the best of both worlds....DH gets the sun near the railing and I get the shade closer to the cabin.

We had the chance to get your room but oddly enough we liked the corner. I know we are sacrificing space but when at dock we could see so much.

Thanks, but if you have any coupons left over place them under the third plant next to the forward elvator on the 5th deck. And that way I can find them

Does anyone know what the conditions are on the average cruising out of Bayonne so late in the season?

As we have that nice aft balcony will we see icebergs for the first two days?
