It seems that lady luck was really with you on the Carnival Paradise. You won a free piece of art and a 3, 4 or 5 day cruise. Who could ask for anything more. I'm glad you got a chance to see the dolphins. I have never seen them.

I'm sorry about your cabin stewart forgetting those little things that are so important to the everyday experience on the ship. I hope he or she made it up to you.

Overall your experience sounded like a pleasant one. Your description of Catalina makes me want to try the Paradise.

Is the Paradise still "smoke free?"

Paradise is no longer smoke-free

The smoking really wasn't that bad, mostly in the casino and of course the cigar bar.
