Pirate Soul museum in Key West

Ten million dollar museum opened in March 2005. Just read about it in the newspaper and it sounds great.

I've never been there, but if Pat Croce is involved in it, it's probably great. He's a Philadelphia boy who did very well for himself. He's a tremendous inspirational speaker who started as a physical therapist and is now worth a fortune. From what I've heard, the museum is pretty good. :smiley:

I think I read that he used to own some sports team also.

He owned part of the Philadelphia 76er's basketball team. He was the President of the team for about 5 years and did a very good job. The next time I'm in Key West, I'll definitely try to get to his museum. I also understand that there is a new restaurant/bar attached to it. Just what Key West needed, another bar. :grin:
