zebra
Tonia we will be doing it in under a month and will let you know what it was like - but we have done this exact same repositioning cruise (love the 17 days) through the canal 3 years ago - it was fabulous...great weather - the Mexican riviera and the canal itself still a little on the hot side - but don't forget we come from Africa and are now Floridians so this is the weather we gravitate to. We just need the hurricanes to stay away !!!!!!! Repositioning cruises are always much cheaper than normal fares - they also suit us in that we are big "sea day" people. (You wouldn't think so judging by our Med cruise...but it's true). Actually we have free internet as Platinum members so presuming we'll have the connectivity I'll email in from the cruise. zebra
What is everybody's "Voting" plans whilst we're on the cruise - just curious!
chachabell
Jackie -- I'd also be interested in hearing about your PC cruise. We have booked a full transit FLL to LA in April 08. We are requesting absentee ballots once we have our primary which is 9/12.
JoeyandDavid
California gives us the option to Vote early .. so we will do that
JoeyandDavid
which ship did you choose Diane for 08?
chachabell
We are on the Infinity. Maryland just passed early voting earlier this year but the dates weren't soon enough to help us since we leave town on 10/25. But the courts just struck the law down as unconstitutional so no one will have it now.
JoeyandDavid
I hear thats a nice ship.... Oh sorry to hear about the courts saying it was unconstitutional for you guys...That's a bummer at least you can still do absentee..
chachabell
The Millennium, Summit (your PC cruise), Constellation and Infinity are sister ships and are essentially the same (except decor). The Infinity is the only one we haven't been on.
JoeyandDavid
Isnt it also the "older" sister?
zebra
We were on the Infinity to Hawaii - somehow I preferrred the Millennium, although the Infinity is younger...but it seems all things are subject to change on ships, we have never had a bad cruise, just some were better than others.
