chachabell
Thanks Maryann - That is a good list. Has a couple of things I hadn't thought about like turning off water to washer. I guess same principle applies to ice maker, but that is hard to reach. One other thing - notify credit card companies that you plan to use their cards out of country. Otherwise they may notice unusual activity and block your card.
PaulaW
Thanks for the list, MaryAnn. Most items are things that I always do, but never write down. Very helpful to have it concisely written down!

JoeyandDavid
i don't know about others but we look at Europe as a jeans cruise.... that is except for dinner time......we also plan on taking advantage of the laundry service on board....By my calculations the amount of money we send on laundry will be less than paying the airlines overage charges on luggage.... zebra
Tonia, don't know about you but the cruise lines hairdryer just doesn't do it for me, I need my high power professional hairdryer - so that's a must and I pack an extension cord so that I can use it whereever I want in the cabin. The extension is one of those that has a multiplug, which helps when charging camera/video camera/cell phone etc. Also an International plug set as discussed earlier - for use in hotel rooms.
