Everything has already been said.

For us it's the entire package. Unpacking once, being pampered by the staff, meeting wonderful folks, seeing and experiencing new places, great food, lying on the balcony with a good book & a glass of wine just looking over the expanse of the beautiful mighty ocean, sunsets over the sea - I totally agree the sea days are best! Bingo (never play at home but love it on board), sitting in a lounge listening to the musicians, coffee at Cafe Cova, massages which I never have time for at home and the pitch and roll of the ship is the BEST, no hotel can offer this to me.

 The Aatmosphere is just so amazing, meeting new people is great , but as a teenager like myself there is no better feeling than having fun with your friends, like stopping at the cafe to grab a drink or getting yet another cone of frozen yogurt... it is the perfect vacation and i wouldn't change a thing about it!

My favorites on a cruise are just relaxing and watching the sea go by. I love to find a shady spot on lido deck and sip on a Pina Colada and listen to the Reggae music (on Caribbean cruises) while out to sea. I also love to stand at the railing and marvel at the Universe, as Cruise Happy said. On one cruise, I was standing all alone late at night at the railing of the ship just staring out, and a crew member came up to me and just kept talking and talking. After he left, I finally realized that he was making sure that I wasn't thinking of jumping. lol

I also love watching the musicals and hearing the singers. I really love the dining experience in the evenings. It's great to not have to worry about what to cook for dinner and to have people cooking and waiting on you for a change.
