Suzila
I can answer the question for you JoanandJoe...as another person who isn't into sitting around in the sun, or heat, and doesn't like water sports. We live an hour's drive from the L.A. port, so anytime we can get on a cruise without flying somewhere, we take that opportunity. That means it will probably be either a Mon-Fri Baja cruise or a Mexican Riviera 7 day. And I would have to tell you that it wouldn't be worth your time or effort. We took our first Caribbean cruise last July...it was a gift to us and my son's in-laws as a thank you for the wedding etc. Although we were happy to be on a cruise, we did not like the Caribbean. I would tell you though, to make the trip to the west coast and visit Alaska. It's an incredible cruise, one you will never forget. We went in 1994 and are lucky enough to be going back this summer. That would be my choice as the best cruise we ever took. After that I'd have to say the Panama Canal...but, really the best part of that was cruising the canal. The rest of it was, again, part of the Caribbean, sun and water sports. None of which we participated in. We did the city tours in most places, and got to see a lot of different places. When it came to swimming with stingrays...you can have it. I'd freak out if there was a frog in my jacuzzi! I would love to do the Canada/New England cruise but the timing isn't right for us right now. That, and the Mediterranean will be future cruises for us. Joanandjoe
Thanks, Sue. As we mentioned in our original post, we did Alaska in 1998, and hope to go back in 2008.
Mebert
My pickings are sort of limited but it would have to be my Mediterranean cruise on the Carnival Liberty or my very first cruise of the southern Caribbean on the Carnival Destiny. I love Italy and traveling to Croatia, Spain and France was a bonus. The Carnival Destiny was my first cruise and that's the one that got me hooked. So I guess I like it for sentimental reasons. Lisa63
I'd love to repeat our transatlantic crossing on QE2. The ship was beautiful, we were treated like royalty even though we were not in one of the top cabin categories, the lectures were wonderful, the entertainment superb, and the five non-interrupted days at sea were calming. As far as cruises, I'd have to say either HAL Maasdam from Montreal to Boston, including a stop in Prince Edward Island, or Norwegian Majesty round trip Boston to Bermuda. Actually, we are already repeating that one this coming summer -- it will be our third time on that ship and itinerary.
rogue
For us, it would also be Alaska. The sights there are so incredibly foreign to our senses that we were amazed throughout the whole cruise.
sailingrose
Not sure why I picked the Mexican Riviera except it was much different then Cozumel, Cancun, etc. Different sort of Mexican culture. Better scenery too in our opinion. Maybe it was just because it was new to us that makes it a repeater.
boba
 It would have to be our 1st cruise on Voyager to Western Caribbean. We had perfect weather and I couln't believe what a bargain it was. I kept thinking, " where has this cruise thing been all my life?"
zebra
Bargain cruises are always good .... we got a bargain on a Transatlantic, even got an Aft cabin. I sure would like to repeat that!
Rat
We like cruise Alaska again. The beauty of the Inside Passage is the clincher for us.
schatje
As soon as we can travel in September again we would like to repeat Alaska, which was by far our most favorite cruise. Huge chunks of ice broke off and rocked the ship which was the greatest  Second would have to be going swimming with the Stingrays on Grand Cayman which we are going to repeat again both weeks in December during our B2B. Picking one island in the Southern Caribbean would have to be St. Lucia. We took a private tour and would like to do the other half of the island next time. Tropical and mountains,(Pitons) ....beautiful!
