Mebert
I've booked a guaranteed 6A category on the Carnival Legend. If I'm upgraded it will be to the 7A category. The TA said that it was an obstructed view with French Doors. Does anyone have any experience with this category on the Carnival Legend and will I be annoyed with the obstructed view? Dan
5A are the French Door cabins. No balcony. 7A are the balconies on the same deck as the life boats. Depending on the cabin, your balcony might have a view between the boats, or be totally blocked by the boats. But at least you can be outside. teacp
We were on the Legend in April and my girlfriend was upgraded from an inside cabin to a 7A with obstructed view...........It was fine.she just wasn't able to look straight down but she certainly could see out over the lifeboat........... hamster92256
For the price you can't beat it!!! Since it was our first balcony we thought that it was great. Since we were in the cabin right next to Marias' friend I can attest to the fact that looking out was good, looking down wasn't so good. I also figured that if Karen was going to throw me overboard she was really going to have to toss, as I would have to go over the top of the lifeboat
