JoeyandDavid
If you ran a cruise line ..What would you want your cruise line to be known for? What would be Priority number 1?
Longboysfan
1)Food and service. 2)Then for the ship itself. 3)The onboard entertainment, activities, lectures. 4) Ports of call.

sailingrose
Number 1 is definately service, service, service! I love to be pampered and reward those who deliver excellent service well.
JoeyandDavid
i think for us .. we would put service food and appearance of vessel all #1 thats all guest impact related... I think Itinerary would be 2 and enrichment programs would be 3. Our Ships would be only large enough to accommodate 1650 passengers. All outside cabinswould have a veranda. These ships would be considered all inclusive with a *bar tab of 100 pp per day(Any overage is at the discretion of the guest.) **Spa services extra. sailingrose
Love that ship idea Joey! 1600 passengers are plenty for us. I also love the all inclusive bartab! LOL.

Brady121291
It all depends on the type of cruise, ofcourse if i ran a kids & teens based ship i'd put Activities at the top followed by food & service, then cabins. Then entertainment. After all my kids only care about the pool deck and the buffet. Now if i were to offer a relaxind and enjoyable cruise, i'd put service at the top followed by cabins, then entertainment and food are tied for third! :cheesy:
