ON the Millennium we had a chocolate martini. Oh my goodness!! I've ordered these on Princess and land based resorts and NEVER have I had such a delectable drink again. Way to go Celebrity!!! I'm definitely getting the recipe this time.

Rita also loves the Chocolate Martini. On our Horizon cruise we stopped at the Martini Bar each evening and before the week was over she tried them all.

On our last cruise on the NCL Sun they had Martini tasting one afternoon. Four for 10 bucks. Chocolate was still her favorite and mine was the French Martini.

Another drink we like is a Miami Vice. We had one for the first time on the Mercury. The severs would bring them to you with a shot glass of 151 Rum to pour over the drink.

We're wine drinkers, so most of our alcohol on our recent Zenith cruise was wine, not booze or mixed drinks. We did share one rum swizzle, which was pretty good; but I still preferred the wine. We're not martini people, so we never tried the martini bar.

Among the wines, our favorite was a rose de Provence, from Michel Roux's vinyards. We had five bottles of wine, and two of them were of this delicious DRY blush wine.

OK, I'm being serious; My favorite drink on Celebrity is their coffee. They are one of the last cruise lines (the others being Seaborn and Imperial Majesty) that still brews its coffee from real, ground, coffee! All the others use a liquid coffee concentrate, similar to concentrated fruit juices. The only difference is that you add hot water to the coffee.

I love the Pina Colada's, but on our last cruise on "Infinity" I tried a "Creme Brulee" martini in the martini bar, and it is wonderful. After that, I had one before dinner quite often.
