On our April cruise one of our large bags appeared at our cabin the first day with a wheel broken off, making it unusable. I filled out a claim at the guest relations desk. Since I bought my insurance elsewhere and luggage damage wasn't covered I didn't expect Celebrity to do anything. I wouldn't have filed a claim in the first place except that it was a new bag. Anyway, to my surprise, I received a check today from Celebrity for the replacement cost. Celebrity gets high marks from me for that one! :smiley:

:cool: Positive experience w/ customer is worth its weight in gold. I'm glad they worked for you. Conversely poor responses from CS is about as bad as it gets. Glad yours went well. :smiley: :cool:
