Does anyone know which night is formal night on the Friday -Monday Majesty of the Seas?

Also, is formal night on RC more formal than formal on Carnival? In other words, should I wear a long dress or would black dress slacks with dress top be formal enough?

On Carnival anything goes, so I'm just wondering if it would be the same on RC.

Cheryl. I have never done a 3 days cruise on RC but generally formal night is the first sea day which in your case would be Saturday. You will find all types of dress from ball gowns and tuxes to everyday street clothes. Your outfit sounds fine. I hope you enjoy your cruise and favorably compare RC to Carnival.
