SKAOLboy
I just got my docs, and im so stoked, but also a little upset. i flipped thru the booklet for RCCL and it said i declined " cruisecare " which is my insurance? ain't it? i remember paying for it, but it didn't show for some reason. RCCL or the TA also screwed up my emergency contact info....which was a little upsetting considering i put my mother down, and in the booklet im the emergency contact person? but im still excited as hell, paradise is only 2 weeks away! JoeyandDavid
hey skoalboy.... we love to do doc dancing...now comes the anticipation.... Lisa63
Congratulations on the documents! Regarding the insurance, is it possible that your TA used a third-party insurer (such as Access America, TravelGuard) rather than the cruise line's? This is what we do, so our documents also show that we declined insurance, but that refers to the cruise line's only. Check your original receipts and credit card payments to be certain. The emergency contact information is easily changed. Either call your TA, or fix it upon check-in.

zebra
Doing the doc dance with you. Yes it looks like you possible purchased third party insurance and declined the cruise lines :undecided: We always get 3rd party insurance, usually a much better deal. I'm sure yo'll straigthen it all out on Monday. Can't wait to hear all about your cruise when you get back. Enjoy!!!!!

JohnG
You should do your own emergency contact information. You can correct it by going to https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/beforeyou...mf25f?cS=NAVBAR This is where you enter that information and then print out your Set Sail Pass to take with you to speed up check-in at the pier. I just remind my clients to do it.
