it appears your guesses were all right, i did decline the cruise lines and booked a thrid party insurance. And even got a print out of my policy (which the TA admittedly mistaken to give to me) im impressed with the coverage, i paid 30 pp and insured for everything from emergency medical (20k) to trip delay (1,100) pp. as for the setsail pass, i filled them out as soon as i finished paying off the cruise in feb.

so im satisfied, and excited!

I am looking forward to my second RCCL cruise. The first one everything looked fine on line. When I got docs, only one name out of 8 was spelled correctly, and many of the last names were now interchanged. . . I got it all sorted out, but I was surprised that logistics at this company did not populate the rest of the docs from what I saw in the internet. . .

The second one, they spelled both my name and my wife's name wrong. I called again and had them fix it. No docs yet, but we will see.

Paying attention to detail on booking and documentation does not appear to be a high priority for these guys.

The rest of the trip was amazing! I guess I would rather have them pay attention to the food, shows, and entertainment if I had to pick one. That part they have down baby! You will love your cruise with these guys. . . Very nice people and boats.
