I haven't seen it by memo. I may have read it in Travel Weekly

Just got off the phone with Captains club.. they are now tellin me we are allowed 2 bottles of wine (thats per cabin not per person) Limited to wines not on THEIR wine list .. to be delivered upon request with a cork-age fee...(15usd)
