JoeyandDavid
 We stayed at the Hotel Vintage Park in downtown Sea. last yr. It is central and w/i easy walking distance of Pikes market, the tram station and the attractions downtown. Its described as a boutique hotel. Every room is decorated to match various vineyards in the area. We really enjoyed it. Cheers. Larry  Larry that sounds nice...expensive? 138 - 189 per night
jacketwatch
 Hi Joey. It was a bit on the high side, around $200.00 per noc plus a "generous" tax but no regrets at all. I think the bill for 3 nocs (for 3 people in one room) with taxes and food (we ate breakfast there daily and had a few lunches too) was about $900.00  Larry

lvrodmic
Jackie and Tony I will be staying at the Silver Cloud Inn Seattle Lake Union. It overlooks the Lake on one side. I booked it through Seattle Super Saver. The cost was $149.00 per night with taxes it came to $172.24. What I liked about it was the shuttle service it offered. It will take you anywhere you would like to go including the cruise terminal when you are ready. There were some very good reviews from other people who had stayed there. There are photos of the room also on line. I will be there on September 1st. If you are going after that, let me know and I will give you a review.
