I booked it myself while on was on board the Sovereign the week before. I just looked on RCI's website and there was the resident rate! Called up RCI in about a minute it was done and an e-mail was in my mailbox within 20 minutes. No problem at all.

I usually use an agent but I think mine has seen his last booking with me. Not that he's bad but just not satisfied lately so I'm thinking it over now. I've been with him more than 5 years.
