Sea Days

We sleep in, go to the gym, hang out in the sauna/steam/hot tub, get a massage, coffee in the cafe, trivia, casino, lounge on the deck. One at sea day we always go to the champagne lounge for champagne and caviar, it's a vacation tradition even with land vacations.

I like to get up at Sunrise and get some good pictures of it, then Me and Annie go get some breakfast and then we check our Compass for the days activities,we like to play some slots Nickel and Quarter ones were big spenders :grin: Annie likes Bingo also we play trivia and we love the art auctions as well,we just browse around the ship and enjoy it and sit out on the Stern and enjoy the waves made by the propeller! :wink: We like the Nightclub shows and we dance together a lot as well! Mainly just take everything in and enjoy each other! :wink: Thanks for this site Joey! :wink:

Daily schedule:

Up and running on deck for 20 minutes at 7:00am

Then to the Gym for 20 minutes wrights and sit ups.

Then to the pool for 20 minutes on the swim and hot tub and rinse off.

Hey it's 8:00am and the wife wants coffee.

Down to the room with the coffee and .... Getting dressed and out to start this days eat a thon.......

Early morning trivia at 9:30am...

Ship games till 11:45am or so....

Meet wife for lunch - she is up by now hopefully.....

Lunch .... And then some more.... and a taste of something I may have missed.

More ship games and trivia..... Till about 4pm or a little after.

If they have the art auction I stop by to help the clean up any excess champagne and treats.

We meet again and walk the deck for awhile.... at least a mile for her. Me I have something in hand to drink at this point.

Then we play cards and and or tiles - Rummy o. I'm the guy getting spanked by the wife in this game. :(

Then about 6pm or so we head to the Sushi bar. More food and games at the tables.

Wife goes to the room at about 7:00pm to get ready. I have an hour to kill about the ship - and do this quite well. Then down to the room at 8pm or so and out to dinner by 8:30pm. If we have a ship party to go to the Sushi bar is quickly gone through then to the room.

For us, it's reading book or listening to to our mp3 players on the promenade deck. Sooooo relaxing!

Sleep late! No rush to be anywhere. Up to the breakfast buffet at the last possible moment for breakfast. Usually some ship's games in what remains of the AM.

We too are art auction people. We have over 80 pieces hanging in our home. How do I know how many you ask.....well starting tuesday morning we are having most of the interior of the house repainted, so guess who is taking down all the art works?? You got it.

If we are on Princess, which we are a lot, we try not to miss afternoon high tea. Love those scones :grin:

I love to just relax on sea days. I can't be in the direct sun for too long, but I love to find a shady spot on pool deck and watch the games and listen to the reggae/calypso band. Of course I may be sipping a pina colada! :grin:
