Two Weeks to Go

Just realized that two weeks from tonight we will be catching a "red eye" to Newark to board the Crown Princess at Red Hook in Brooklyn for a nine day cruise!! It is now beginning to sound real to me now.

We will be driving up to St. George, Utah on Monday. I'm teaching a class there for three days and then speaking the Southern Utah Home Builders Conference on Friday morning. Right after my talk we are heading back to LV to receive my daughter, her husband and three kids who will be arriving from Kansas City that night. They will be in Las Vegas for the very first time and will spend a long weekend.

By the time they head home it will be time for us to get serious and pack for cruise #47. :grin:

Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. Having a cold snap in Las Vegas. Temp has not reached 100 in two days!! Almost time to get out the parkas.

Enjoy the anticipation, Skipper. We just love the Crown. Lots going on at all times and a very nice layout. Good food and entertainment. Don't miss the cookies in the International Cafe. :grin:

I'm not worried Sailingrose, I know the Crown will be in good hands. And, I'll be watching for all those "inside tips". All those must see and do things that I know you will be posting.

Hi Skipper,

I see this is your 47 th cruise-is that right? Amazing. I'm sure you will enjoy the Crown as I read most of the early "bugs" have been sorted out. Just for curiosity, which of your 47 cruise stands out as the best so far?
