Gregswife
Jackie, we were in Aruba on our cruise last year and looked for some good beach snorkeling, to no avail. The taxi driver told us of 2 beaches that were good for that but we went to both and saw absolutely no sealife. It is a beautiful town, isn't it? Joey hit the nail on the head when he referred to it as a virtual cruise for us all - I can just imagine the ports when you post about your day. I am almost sorry your cruise is ending and I have to go back to "normal life".
zebra
Well would you know...I've come down with a miserable cold. I think it's all the extremes - hot, hot weather and back inside to cold, cold airconditioning - or just a bug caught from one of the 1950 people on board. Nevertheless, after our King Crab Leg dinner last night I went straight to bed. Sorry I'm not much fun at the moment......today is a day at sea, it's also our last formal evening and Lobsters night yummmmo!! Tomorrow is another sea day, it's also ourfinal day....packing uuuurgh!!! I think I'm going to curl up on the bed and read my book (3rd)! Gregswife
Jackie, I hope you get to feeling better, just relax, rest and drink lots of fluids. (Gosh, I sound like my mother now). You are probably somewhat exhausted and run down after all the actvity of the past 2 weeks, therefore more vulnerable to getting sick. zebra
Thanks for your well wishes, yes I'm glad it came at the end of the cruise! Gail, if I don't speak to you again - I wish you a super safe trip and we'll see you in Barcelona. I haven't done much today other than eat  We did play Trivia but then decided to skip the "Gift Bag Making" & Culinary Demonstration that I had wanted to do. We were also going to go to the movie this afternoon "The Break-Up" with Jennifer Aniston & Vince Vaughn - but I figured as soon as the lights go out, my Benedryl will kick in and I would be the afternoon's entertainment with my snoring - so no movies for me!! I also don't see myself having any energy at 11:30 pm for the Champagne Waterfall - so just boring cabin rest for me. Tony's always happy with that, just more time for him to be able to read! Snooze time again!

zebra
Still full of the miz  at least the headache seems to have gone. This is our final day onboard - we'll be home by 11:30am tomorrow. We have just completed our packing in the cabin as we have to have our bags out before dinner. This is really difficult now - no moisturizer, toothpaste, deodorant, hairspray.... it's all packed in the checked bags - we did put toothpaste on our brushes for the morning but the rest.... oh well!!!! I'm on my way to the Passenger Talent Show and then the final Bingo - Jackpot is $3500. Oh I won yesterday at Bingo - $250.00... forgot to tell you. We also were the winning team at Trivia this morning, so Tony & I each won a travel alarm clock!! Well I guess it's au revoir from the Sun Princess - the next time you hear from me I'll be back home.
