E-Docs

For those with Princess cruises coming up, the line has announced it will issue electronic docs only in the near future. I guess that will cut down on the necessity for re-soling the dancing shoes. But it's bound to eliminate the anxiety associated with the wait for the paper docs!

The other lines will probably follow in short order. Can't wait.

I don't think I would like that...(not that it matters anyway) but it just adds to the excitement...I love checking the mailbox everyday and the excitement when I look inside and find that lil package from Carnival..Just somethin weird about me I guess..lol

I favor getting my docs in the mail too, unless the embarkation process is sped up considerably.

HAL is in between the extremes. We printed up our boarding passes about a month ago, from the interne; so there's some electronic element. There's something special, though, about getting the physical documents. For our 11/25 Noordam cruise, people on our roll call on the critical board started getting docs about 10 days ago. Our docs arrived at the TA this morning, and Joan will pick them up on Friday.

We're not quite ready for the doc dance, but we're polishing the dancing shoes.
