first time cruiser, advice or comments welcome

excellent, thanks sciroco and btate for comment we can never get enough advice for cruiseing on a first cruise thanks again and add what ever when ever. :wink:

I was wondering about the dinner times, are you able to goto dinner at buffet or dinner only at the specific time?

You can go to either the Buffet or the dining room at the hours listed, the dining room folks frown if your late for your seatings times plus your Tablemates might give you a look of disapproval! :wink: Most of the times me and Annie ate in the Windjammer cafe thats the Buffet, also they have room service with the same meals they serve for lunch and dinner as well plus you can order Breakfast In! Below was the eating schedule for early seating for us on Rhapsody RCCL!

Breakfast: 6AM Early Bird coffee,Buffet

6:30AM to 10:30AM: Breakfast Buffet Windjammer

Alll Guests Edelweiss dining room non designated seating: 7am to 9am Only

Stateroom 7am to 10am!

Lunch: Noon to 3PM Windjammer Only non dining room lunch available

DINNER: No Shorts,caps or hats!

Main Seating 6PM Second seating is 8:30PM so you have only About a hour and a half so they can prepare for the second seating some take longer!

Hope this helps a little, it depends on what you wish to do later if you want to go to shows or other things get the main seating if you just want to have a drink and go to bed early get the second seating! Just depends on your Lifestyle! :wink: :grin: Enjoy My Friend! :wink: Remember this is for Royal Caribbean check with your cruise line if your not traveling with RCCL this is just a guideline for you! :wink:

Just remember, this is your cruise. Do whatever you want, but try to get as many different experiences out of it that you can. :grin:
