:cool: Thank you Mebert. Its just my opinion but it seems to me any business needs a good reputation to stay successful in the long run and much of that success comes with good customer service. I don't think MSC will go out of business but they won't get my business.

I see what you are saying. I know that if it was me who was bumping somebody for any reason at all. . . I would have taken much better care of them than offering 25% off on their next cruise. I would have moved them to a better stateroom, offered on borad credit and made all the arrangements or even offered to pay to put them on a different cruiseline.

After reading what I read, I would never book with them either.
