Its just my opinion but it seems to me any business needs a good reputation to stay successful in the long run and much of that success comes with good customer service. I would have taken much better care of them than offering 25% off on their next cruise. I would have moved them to a better stateroom, offered on borad credit and made all the arrangements or even offered to pay to put them on a different cruiseline.
